Begin your journey by booking an initial consultation with our chronic pain and movement practitioner. During this first visit, we will assess your specific needs, discuss your goals, and provide an introductory therapy session. This session will give you a clear indication of the potential effectiveness of our approach. We aim to achieve a noticeable reduction in pain and/or increase in functional movement as a positive indicator that these sessions will be effective for you.
